There are two big studio complexes in Kyiv and one - in Odessa. And of course, there are many more smaller facilities.
The large ones are FilmUA, Odessa film studio and Dovzhenko. FilmUA is a recently-built, well equipped one, while Dovzhenko and Odessa studios are the oldschool state owned studios.
We also have more than 2o small studios, modern and flexible ones, recommended for smaller productions. There are also good for day-shootings.
TRAVEL INFO
Ukraine doesn't require visa for majority of countries, including EU, US, Israel, Canada, UAE, Norway, Turkey, Georgia, Japan. See full list here.

UKRAINIAN MONEY FOR YOUR PROJECT
Since 2009 Ukraine become a full participating member of European Convention on Co-Production, that regulates the international co-production in audiovisual sphere.
We now have operational bilateral treaties with Israel and France. The similar treaties with the governments of Canada, China, India and Argentina are currently in development.
For more than 10 years Ukraine provides an annual state financial program for national and international co-production for fiction feature films, animation, documentary (for up to 70%, with not less than 20% to be provided by or through a co-producer). To apply for state support for international co-production project, a Ukrainian producer-partner is required.
The state support is also granted for the providing cash rebates of 16.67% for the eligible costs and 10% for the fees of foreign film talents and crew paid in the city of Kyiv and 4.5% for the fees of foreign film talents and crew paid throughout Ukraine (except Kyiv). The eligible costs are considered as those, which are the film production costs including rental and other services, fees, goods, or works purchased on the territory of Ukraine to make the film.
